By using AnyRedact you agree to these terms. The service is offered by Arixeva Labs (www.arixevalabs.com). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

You may upload files that you have the right to process. You must review every redaction preview before download or disclosure. Do not use the service to break the law, to interfere with other users, or to attempt to bypass, probe, or overload the infrastructure behind it, including the free daily limit described below.

Your files and content

AnyRedact does not receive, store, or claim any rights over the documents you redact — they are processed entirely on your device, as described in Privacy and retention below. You remain solely responsible for the content of any file you process and for having the right to redact and share it.

Accounts

Redaction requires a signed-in account, created with a one-time email code — no password. Each image you download costs 10 credits. Each PDF costs 15 credits per page, plus 15 credits if you rearrange pages. Repeat downloads of the same edit do not charge again.

Billing

Credits are sold as a single pack of 50 credits for $5.50. You can buy more packs in steps of 50 at the same unit price, in USD. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record; we never see or store your full card details.

Unused purchased credits that have not been spent on a download are refundable within 7 days of purchase — email arixevalabs@gmail.com to request one. Once credits have been used for a download, that portion is not refundable.

Privacy and retention

Your files are never uploaded. AnyRedact opens, redacts, and exports PDFs and images entirely in your browser, so the document and every redaction you draw stay on your device throughout. A local timer clears that in-browser session automatically after 24 hours, or immediately when you choose Start over or close the tab.

To sign in, we send a one-time 6-digit code to the email address you enter. The code is discarded once it's used or after 10 minutes, whichever comes first — it is never stored longer than that.

Once you sign in, your email becomes your account: it's kept, along with your credit balance and usage and purchase history, for as long as your account is in use. It is not deleted automatically the way a one-off verification code is — see "What we store, and why" for the full list and how to ask us to delete it.

Availability and changes to the service

AnyRedact is provided on an as-available basis. We may add, change, or remove features, including pricing and the free daily limit, or suspend or discontinue the service, at any time; material pricing changes will be reflected on this page.

Cookies and consent

A cookie-consent banner is shown until you accept or reject. Your choice is stored locally so we can honor it on later visits.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that automatic detection will find every instance of sensitive information. See the Disclaimer for details on redaction accuracy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arixeva Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of AnyRedact, including damages arising from residual personal data in an exported file.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of AnyRedact is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when this page is updated with a new revision date. Continued use of AnyRedact after a change means you accept the updated terms.
